July 2009 Tred Barta Boys and Girls Club Billfish Tournament
BEAUFORT, NC - Brian King and the Jester just competed in the Tred Barta Boys and Girls Club Tournament Friday and Saturday July 17th-18th. The crew for this year’s tournament was Mark and Chris Whitesell, George Bachman and his two boys; Conner and Harrison. Charlie Bond and Pete were aboard to help complete two exciting days of Billfishing for the boys. They caught several Sailfish and Amber Jack throughout the weekend. What a thrilling tournament for everyone! Chris Whitesell and Harrison Bachman caught their very first Billfish during the tournament. Great job guys!! The boys won trophies for their 1st Billfish catch. Overall, the team placed 1st and 3rd place in the “Other Fish” category. What a great weekend for the Jester and crew. Congratulations!!
